How can i fix my Errors & Bugs ?

Common issues:

Driver didn't load properly / Bluescreening (BSOD) upon load - Disable any anti-virus and anti-cheat running and restart your pc will most likely fix it. Make sure to use a supported windows version (listed under in the FAQ section.). If these fixes are not working for you, contact the support through the customer discord.

• Anticheat to uninstall:

  • Vanguard

  • Faceit

  • ESEA

• Anti virus to uninstall:

  • Kaspersky

  • Malwarebytes (only if disabling doesnt fix)

• Other anticheat/antivirus just need to be disabled Please also uninstall the following software(s):

• flawless widescreen An error occured while initializing the requested game. - Disable any VPN along with your firewall. I am crashing - Make sure to follow every requirements to run susano. If that doesn't work please contact the support through the customer discord.
